Walt Disney's Classic Cartoon Favorites Starring Mickey (DVD) The most famous cartoon character in the world, Mickey Mouse, is the star of the seven Disney shorts collected in WALT DISNEY'S CLASSIC CARTOON FAVORITES STARRING MICKEY. All of the cartoons featured are from the prewar period, 1935 to 1941, when the Disney studio was maturing into the greatest animation house in the country due to its pristine, detailed, cartoon disney dollmakers and colorful animation as well as its popular stable of characters. Walt Disney's Classic Cartoon Favorites Starring Donald (DVD) One of animation history's most unique creations, Donald Duck, is featured in eight Disney cartoons collected in WALT DISNEY'S CLASSIC CARTOON FAVORITES STARRING DONALD. The earliest short in the collection is 1937's Don Donald, the first solo Donald Duck cartoon which also features the first appearance of Donald's female counterpart, Donna, who was later--and better--known as Daisy.
